My coaching philosophy is an athlete-centred, performance-driven approach. Working together on a 1:1 basis, we take an individualised approach to your training to optimise your performance on the bike. 

 

Developing a strong coach-athlete relationship through communication and feedback, reverse-engineering the event demands, and implementing evidence-informed practice forms the foundation of my coaching process.
